In the framework of the 65th IAEA General Conference (20-24 September 2021) State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, Rosatom Corporate Academy and the foundation for supporting and development of women`s initiatives “Union of women in nuclear” in Russia organize online side event “Inclusive Human Resources Strategies for the Nuclear Sector: Balanced Diversity” (hereafter – side event). The purpose of the discussion is to identify key issues and challenges for the further development of the agenda on gender equality and inclusiveness, including in the nuclear industry, and to identify best practices, initiatives and opportunities for enhancing the role of women in the context of sustainable development of nuclear energy.
The side event will be attended by representatives of international and Russian organizations and women's communities.
